Store credit can only be issued by Cookies by Lori, LLC Management. Any refund or store credit requests must be submitted in writing via email to lori@cookiesbylori.com. Cookies by Lori, LLC has 10 days to review this request and determine an outcome. Our response will be sent to the email address of the person requesting a credit request.
